Study Overview
The Baltimore Public Housing Authority completed a website overhaul in 2019 and asked Graduate students enrolled in the Interaction Design and Information Architecture program  at the University of Baltimore to perform a usability study on the new site. Participants within the local community were brought in to the UB User Research Lab to observe interactions with the site. A Tobbi eye tracking setup was used to gather quantitative data for analysis in addition to the observations made by the researchers during the study.
